FONDTIP® is aimed at providing the ultimate answer to low cost temperature
measurement and specially designed to suit foundry conditions. Carefully chosen materials
such as special high temperature ceramic sleeve, extra long quartz sheath and precision
thermocouple wires result in a product which is safe, versatile, accurate and
highly economical.
Wider applications
FONDTIP® is patently suited for precise probing in induction furnaces,
ladles, moulds and streams that had so far remained beyond the scope of a direct
probe. FONDTIP® also comes in handy for runners, continuous casting
Tundishes - virtually for all applications where the slag is minimal.
